PRESENT HEALTH SCENARIO :

# Even our life expectancy is far behind 156 countries. We are also lagging back in "QUALITY" of health .

# We have an excellent frame of health care delivery , but unfortunately worst in implementation or reaching the goals.

# No medical officers and other required staff in many govt hospitals . No proper facilities and infrastructure.

# Few drugs in govt hospitals , the doubts regarding the quality in govt supply drugs are not being clarified.

# Even the paediatric speciality hospitals don't have incubators , Even the obstetric(Maternal) hospitals don't have Ultrasono gram .

# Even in Area hospitals there will be no lab technician or the X-Ray unit will not be working ,even if working the film will not be clear .

ACCIDENTAL CARE IS LEAST BOTHERED :

ONE MAY BE RICH , BUT SOME TIMES........A TRUE STORY : My junior , Mr.Praneeth from Canada met with an accident when he was travelling on national high way. He was taken to near by hospital which is "District head quarters hospital" and the doctors there told that he was about to die in few minutes and there is no use of treatment. Luckily he is having some relatives there and he was taken to a Corporate hospital and was saved. The same may happen for any one of us.......because that govt hospitals are not providing good emergency care many are loosing their lives every day.......Let the situation be changed . Hope we can do it , with all your support.

MOVING TOWARDS PRIVITISATION !

We have to note that health sector in India is being privatised in a slow move .Today governments are paying least interest in developing govt hospitals as that may in turn increase the expenditure in further if the people approaches govt hospitals with confidence. Today govt hospitals are like meant for only the poor and unaffordable. Even a below middle class and a higher lower class are also approaching private hospitals. Even the tertiary hospital setup is also being neglected by the govt . Even a few tertiary hospitals like AIIMS , NIMS etc are having autonomous status and allowed to collect or hike fee as per their will. All this shows that a poor Indian is not having 'Health security' and India govts are making the public health sector sick and steps towards privatisation.

WHY GOVTS ARE "DARELY MOVING TOWARDS PRIVITAISATION"

It is because there is no questioning from people , No demand for health in public. If there are no proper facilities in govt hospital our people got habituated to approach private but there are no mentionable incidents when people strongly questioned for health. We have a saying in telugu - "even mother don't knows your hunger , until you asks for" , then how can we expect govts to fulfil all our needs and deeds with out any demand or raising our voice.
