You may be rich enough to have treatment in Private hospitals ,But there are crores of poor people ,dying due to improper facilities /care in govt hospitals. In general it is very easy to blame 'system' , but we should be knowing "in proper" , "in particular" before coming to an opinion.

There are some govt hospitals that are working very well instead of all obstacles . At some places , the problem is with lack of infrastructure , staff while at some places it is ‘care by staff , or may be both. Even in many area hospitals , they say "X-RAY" machine is not working ,even simple Urine investigation can't be done due to........... . Coming to availability of Medicines - It is again a universal problem in Indian govt hospitals .

4) Other facilities available

5) Operation theatre ? – Generator facility.

6) Total beds , Average occupancy .

7) Average OP consultations .

8) Availability of Drugs .

9) Annual expenditure. Etc.

In the above mentioned you can get all the information By spending Rs.10 through Right to Information act. You will receive information in about an month and then you can cross check through your observation.
